As many of you know, I am now intensively involved with Emotional Detox. As the detox for the heart. For our feelings. For the emotions. For what we swallowed. BUT: that does not mean that detox would be unimportant to the body. On the contrary. It helps. Detox is good, healthy and important.

Let’s get to the point:

  1. Eat more vegetables
  2. Eat less meat and dairy products
  3. Eat bio
  4. Eat less sugar and wheat flour products
  5. Purify your body, eg with zeolite
  6. Make Daily Detox, eg with exercise or dry brush or lemon juice or or (more in the course )
  7. Eat healthy 80% of the time. That’s enough.
  8. Be nice to you (no jokes, what good is it to eat healthy if you hate yourself for the little slip-ups ??)
  9. New One: how about blessing your food? Insane? Perhaps. Does it work? Absolute. I had a gluten intolerance. And yes, I love experiments. So I ate gluten every day for 8 weeks (yummy, grins): pasta, pizaa, croissants and stuff … and blessed it before (in the theta state). No convulsions. No stomachache. In the old days, a tiny amount was enough. Dicker does it anyway. But: I also do not have to eat gluten every day. Only: To create this possibility is just cool. This is ThetaHealing . Crazy.
