I really enjoy drinking detox juice. Almost every day … as long as the night before was not too short and no time left in the morning. And unfortunately there are stupid juicers that can spoil the fun of juicing. Anyway … green juices are a detox turbo … and I love them.

Here is a wonderful recipe for detox juice

made fast, delicious and pure detox:

  • 1 half celery
  • 1 half cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 fennel

Suuuper delicious. Hisses. And wake up.

I’m often asked for recipes for Detox Juices – but honestly, it’s not worth complicating as it is. It is totally simple: Just take everything that is green, take vegetables + a small amount of fruit. Finished.

These detox foods are especially suitable for detox juice:

  • celery
  • cucumbers
  • fennel
  • carrots
  • Randen / Rote Beete (caution, only a little, otherwise there is stomach rumble, that’s a super Cleanser !!!)
  • ginger
  • Apples, pears, oranges, …

Simply buy seasonal, regional and organic … that is: what is currently the cheapest in the store.

The huge advantage of detox juice over detox smoothies? If you have a fructose intolerance, then you can still join in here … because you can make a detox juice without fruit. Yes, it tastes even without fruit … and if your small intestine does not work so well, the juice is almost guaranteed that the wonderful nutrients will actually land with your cells …
