Have fun cooking. And while eating remember:
- Eat slowly. Who does not chew, does not digest properly. And if you do not digest properly, slags form. Because then „the stuff starts to ferment“. Ups. Exactly, we do not want that.
- And: Drink a maximum of a small glass of water when eating …. too much drinking while eating reduces the digestive power. Wait until 30 minutes after eating …
